Mary's Senior Photos

I had an absolute blast with Mary for her Senior Photos yesterday. Getting to the location, Gabis Arboretum at Purdue Northwest, was an adventure itself. We just had a ton of snow drop the night before. We planned this because we wanted real snow pictures but mother nature was not cooperating this year. Also, it had not quite stopped snowing. So, just the drive was interesting. Then there was finding the location. So, when I am going to do a location shoot. I always try to get there early to do some scouting. Well, all of the paths were still caked in snow. However, I still found some decent spots to get some snow on some evergreen trees. When she got there, we were able to get right to work. She was such a natural in front of the camera. It is such a delight to work with someone so comfortable because I just give some general instruction and everything just flows. If it weren't for the fact that I was starting to freeze. We could have been out there for hours. However, mother nature was not happy. But we are both very excited for how the photos turned out. I hope everyone enjoys the photos as much as we did taking them.
